Reservations Deadline: Please book by Tuesday, October 20, 2026 to receive a discounted group rate. We cannot guarantee that rooms will be available or that the group rate will be honored after that date.

Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. 

Resort Fee: In addition to the discounted room rate, guests are required to pay a discounted daily resort fee of $27.00 (plus tax). This fee will cover several in-room amenities: 

• Resort-wide Internet Access includes:
• Enhanced high-speed internet access in guestrooms
• Basic wireless internet access in public areas and meeting space on a shared network
• Daily one hour sunrise yoga (Offer valid for two people)
• Two welcome glasses of beer, wine, or cocktail in any of the Resort’s bars (Offer valid one time only during your stay.)
• Daily transportation on the National Harbor Circulator Bus (Offer valid for up to four people)
• Bottled water (2 daily) replenished once daily with housekeeping service.
• 24-hour access to the fitness center
• Access to the indoor junior Olympic-sized pool

Parking: Self parking is available for a discounted rate of $28 overnight (plus tax). Valet parking is available at $70 overnight (plus tax).
